Why eating organic isn’t enough to guarantee health

Why eating organic isn’t enough to guarantee health

Most people understand the importance of eating organic foods nowadays, unless they only listen to the research from the manufacturers of the chemicals being used to poison our food.

I for one, have been eating almost exclusively organic, local, and seasonal foods since about 2005.

It was then that a lady friend who was much savvier than I, explained that my health problems may be the result of my poor diet.

I was eating fast food several times per week, sometimes more than once per day.

Everything I ate was out of a box or the freezer.

My health was a disaster.

The doctors prescribed pills.

She taught me how to eat all fresh, home-cooked meals.

My health dramatically improved.

But over the next 14 years, I still couldn’t get my health to where I really wanted it.

I still had digestion issues.

Bad skin.

Bad breath.

Poor sleep and low energy most days.

Chronic pain and sinus headaches.

In addition to going organic, I tried pretty much everything.

Vegan, raw vegan, pescetarian, Mediterranean, paleo, Whole30, keto, Bulletproof, lectin-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nightshade-free, fasting…. (everything-free LOL).

What I didn’t realize was that all the damage from glyphosate my whole life was still there.

It doesn’t just go away on its own.

And, the human race has dumped so much glyphosate on the planet that it’s in everything.

Our air, water, soil, even organic foods.

They did a study that showed every person tested had glyphosate in their urine.[1]

One of the Berlin residents tested had been eating organic for 10 years prior to the study and still had measurable levels.

Glyphosate was originally patented as a mineral chelating agent.

It soaks up vital minerals making them unavailable in our food.

Minerals like magnesium, zinc, and molybdenum.

Some of you might already be supplementing with magnesium or zinc.

Now you know why they’re useful supplements.

But it goes beyond that.

Glyphosate disrupts our dehydrogenase enzymes, part of the chromosome P450 enzymes.[2]

They’re responsible for detoxifying environmental toxins, activating D3, breaking down retinoids (vitamin A/carotene), maintaining bile production and sulfate supplies to the gut.

You might see how this could cause some very common problems for people, even if we are aware and trying our best to avoid this stuff.

Since glyphosate was approved for use on our food in the 1970s, we have seen a year-on-year increase in many of the diseases now known to be related to dehydrogenase dysfunction.[3]

Obviously, correlation is not causation, but the causation is being revealed as more research is being done.

Researchers at Stanford Medicine stated in a paper from 2014:

“Less known is a new body of research to be discussed in this review, suggesting that ALDH2 dysfunction may contribute to a variety of human diseases including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and cancer. Recent studies suggest that ALDH2 dysfunction is also associated with Fanconi anemia, pain, osteoporosis, and the process of aging.”[4]

Want to find out how much your health could be improved by a glyphosate detox program that specifically addresses dehydrogenase dysfunction?

Well, you can see the many testimonials on my website and my facebook page, and schedule a free discovery call to learn about this radically new research and what we can do about it.
