Our magnesium lotion is a great deodorant, but can also be applied to sore, achy or crampy muscles. Great applied to feet before bed to promote relaxation for adults and kids. Invaluable addition to my wellness regimen!

I love the magnesium lotion from Naturally Connected Life. It makes getting the recommended amount of magnesium so much easier than remembering to take a supplement, and it's probably being absorbed and utilized more effectively as well! When I use it consistently I notice positive benefits with sleep and nervous system regulation, as it has a very calming effect. 5 stars. Highly recommend 🙌

My favorite cream!

This is my favorite way to get topical magnesium- none of those itchy sprays. Just a smooth, emollient cream that disappears. My husbqnd and I both use this for deodorant too- we can't get enough!

I love rubbing this super smooth lotion on the bottoms of my feet before going to sleep. I didn't realize how light I was sleeping until trying this stuff. Seriously restful sleep. It also helps ease the pain and tension in my shoulder within minutes.
